💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit Cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Not available for custom products
📏 What are the available sizes?
We offer two sizes:
- A4: 8.27 x 11.69 inches
- A3: 11.69 x 16.54 inches
🎨 Is the portrait AI-generated?
No, all portraits are hand-drawn by skilled artists to capture your pet's personality. We take immense pride in our custom Hand-drawn pet portraits.
🖼️ What type of photo should I upload?
- Clear, high-resolution images
- Well-lit, front-facing photos
- Ensure your pet's face and body are visible without obstructions
🖌️ Can I customize my portrait?
Yes! You can choose the style (pop art, line art, etc.), background color, and size.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.
❌ Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can try contacting the team regarding the cancellation or required modification (including change in the frame style or art style). If the order is not processed or the portrait is not designed then we can help you with cancellation or modification at no extra cost.
🔄 Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.
💳 How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once the return is approved.
