Refund policy

At FetchFrames, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for:

    • Damaged or incorrect products

    • Approved cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order

    • If the product is not delivered within 30 days of the order date

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days of return approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized and custom pet portraits cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
