Refund policy
At FetchFrames, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

Damaged or incorrect products

Approved cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order

If the product is not delivered within 30 days of the order date

2. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days of return approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Personalized and custom pet portraits cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
