1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong product.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

We will arrange a pickup for the damaged product at no extra cost.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us — we will reimburse the shipping cost once the return is approved.
4. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you about the status within 3 business days.
