At FetchFrames, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom pet portraits. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re happy to assist with returns under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during delivery or if you received the wrong product.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at support@fetchframes.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8069578391 with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/Video of the damaged or incorrect product

    • Your contact information

3. Return Shipping

  • We will arrange a pickup for the damaged product at no extra cost.

  • If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product back to us — we will reimburse the shipping cost once the return is approved.

4. Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you about the status within 3 business days.

  • If approved, we will process the refund or replacement (based on your preference).
